No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals
transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such
unused items are neither refundable nor Exchangeable.
Rooms allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the
time of check-in in the category of rooms as specified on your confirmation
voucher.
No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up
to your Expectation, it will be considered on case to case basis .

To Confirm your booking 50% payment Of total cost will be advanced.
Whole/Fullpayment must Paid before 25 days of your tour departing date.
The balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days before the departure of the
batch. If the balance payment is not made on time, it would automatically be
considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be
given in this regard.
Breakfast at the hotel is from 8:30 to 10:30 and dinner at the hotel 8:30 to
10:30. In any case if it happens sooner or later at the hotel, the hotel policy
will have to be followed.
In case of landslides or road closures anywhere, on has to maintain
peace. Arrangement will be made by the organizer but will be on time.
In case of breakage or damage of any hotel goods, the person will have
to pay compensation himself.
In case of delay or cancellation of train, flight, bus (volvo) the
organizer will not be responsible. The second arrangement will be
made and the extra charge will have to be paid by the person himself.
If for any reason a side scene or any kind of meal is missed, it will not be
refunded.
At any time, abusive or any other misconduct will be excluded from the
tour and no refund will be given.
A hot water geyser in a hill area hotel can take up to 40 to 50 minutes.

In case of vehicles breakdown in car, tempo, bus journey, peace has to
be maintained. Arranging another vehicle may take time.
The menu at the hotel is decided by the hotel which will be binding on
all. the person will have i pay the charge for ordering anything other
than the menu at the hotel.
The category of hotel will be as follows. Semi deluxe (2-star), Deluxe (3-
star), Super Deluxe(3-star plus), Premium (4-star) base category rooms
will be provide in each package category.
Sightseeing provided in the program will be Done, the cost of
additional side scenes will be borne by the individual and will be taken
anywhere only once.
